What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm your  expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Additionally, you can also opt to get SMS notifications about your orders as well.

 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.

We can only change or cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

Once your order has been shipped or delivered we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.

 

 

Where do you ship?

At this time we currently only ship in the United States.

 

 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to  process it for delivery.

United-States: 3-5 business days. (Please note that due to Covid-19 the

USPS is currently experiencing an unprecedented number of delays and it's possible that orders may take longer to be delivered.)

Any orders received on Fridays after 2 p.m. will be processed the following Monday at the beginning of the business day.
